POWERS
ONE:

Blue will retain his specialized type-blue Psionic ability, but it will grow very slowly and require the same amount of effort if not more than required from his original weakened state. Once his power has been fully realized he should be able to fly again, but only for very short periods of time and would immediately need to replenish his energy or risk death.

In his current state he can create a tiny bubble shield, or flick miniature psionic energy pellets at people. Either will require way too much effort to be of much use.

For Blue preference goes to experimentation, exploration and trust. He's mostly naive when it comes to sex and for the first time in a while will feel a little lost and helpless, and will need to hand the reigns over to someone else to be shown what to do. PERSONALITY:

Blue is the ex-leader (Soldier) of the Mu. The Mu are an evolved race of human beings who were born into or developed psionic powers. There are different strains of Mu, with type-blue being the most powerful. Mu are also usually physically stunted in some way, and have below average physical strength and endurance. They are also very sensitive emotionally, physically and mentally. Blue was the original type-blue, and while extremely powerful has done a number on his weak body through their use. He's very old and near the end of his extended Mu lifespan.

Despite coming from a pretty bleak universe where his people are universally hunted and hated, Blue is a pretty optimistic and outgoing person who is always looking toward the future. He wants equality for his people, but not at the expense of suffering for others. He is warm and interested in the thoughts and emotions of those around him and makes connections easily. He doesn't believe in hiding what he feels and thinks is used to tapping into the minds of his entire people as a whole. His concept of privacy and what is and isn't his business is a little skewed. When he gets an idea in his head he will make it happen, no matter how impossible or ridiculous.

His hobbies include decade long naps, abducting children (for their own good) and taking a half hour to walk/crawl/fall down moderately sized hallways.

OTHER: Blue has been telepathic most of his life, so losing his preferred method of communication is going to leave him feeling both a little deaf and mute. Be prepared to have your inbox spammed because he likes to check up on people and know everything that is happening all the time.
